Mark started The Firing Edge with a simple vision: to create a place where firearm owners could find not only the right gear but also the right guidance. With years of experience in the firearms industry and a commitment to safety, training, and customer service, Mark built this store on the belief that every purchase should come with trust, reliability, and respect for the Second Amendment.

Ian began his career in his family’s coin shop, where he found a passion for working with customers and trading unique items. That experience led him to gun shows across the Pacific Northwest, selling ammunition and accessories. What began as a small, seasonal venture eventually grew into The Firing Edge, now a permanent presence in Lewiston, Idaho. While Ian often works behind the scenes, he remains dedicated to sourcing the firearms and specialty items customers are looking for and supporting the local shooting community.
